Junior Investigator Award Form    

 

Guidelines:

  • The ICGP International Junior Investigator Award is open to individuals worldwide, independent of nationality, sex or race.
  • Those nominated may be researchers or clinicians, but must have made a commitment to the field of geriatric psychoneuropharmacology.
  • Individuals must have a doctorate degree, be working full-time in research, teaching, or clinical activities relevant to geriatric psychoneuropharmacology. They must not be more than 8 years past the completion of their terminal degree and be no higher than the Assistant Professor level.

To submit a nomination, use the form fields below to upload the required documents, fill out the contact information, and click Submit.

  1. The nominee's curriculum vitae including a list of publications and/or research support and/or teaching and/or clinical responsibilities.
  2. A 300-500 word Applicant's Statement. Starting a new page, and with your name at the top, briefly describe your current major research theme(s) and/or relevant professional responsibilities. Major relevant contributions should be included with a description of their overall significance and importance to the Mission of the ICGP. A brief statement of future directions also needs to be included.
  3. Letter of recommendation from a senior scientist who will be the sponsor and can knowledgeably address the candidate's interest, involvement and accomplishments in the field of psychoneuropharmacology.
